About the Course
Forensic Science applies scientific methods to solve crimes and analyze evidence. Students learn techniques used by real crime scene investigators, from fingerprint analysis to DNA profiling, blood spatter patterns to trace evidence collection.

Learn fingerprint classification (loops, whorls, arches), dusting techniques, and AFIS matching to identify suspects from latent prints.
Analyze blood spatter patterns to determine angle of impact, point of origin, and reconstruct crime scene events.
Examine skeletal remains to determine age, sex, ancestry, and stature. Identify trauma and time since death.
